Ingredients
3.5 cup fresh broccoli florets
1 medium red bell peppers , cut into bite-size strips (or yellow pepper)
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp fresh chopped onion , finely chopped
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
1.5 tsp cornstarch
0.67 cup orange juice


Directions
1 Cook broccoli and sweet pepper in a medium saucepan, covered, in a small amount of boiling water for 8 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender, and then drain.
2 Cover and keep warm.
3 Melt butter over medium heat in a small saucepan, and then add onion and garlic.
4 Cook for 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
5 Stir in cornstarch, and then add orange juice.
6 Cook and stir until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
7 Cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
8 To serve, pour sauce over broccoli mixture, and toss gently to coat.
Additional Information
Great with Chinese Chicken.
