Ingredients
1 lb Fish, trout, rainbow, farmed, fillet, raw , salmon or other medium-firm fish fillets, about 3/4 inch thick
2 oz light unsalted stick margarine
0.25 cup sliced almonds
1 cup fresh chopped onion , sliced
0.5 cup white all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp paprika
0.12 tsp black pepper
2 medium oranges , peeled and sectioned


Directions
1 Cut fish into 4 serving pieces.
2 In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
3 Cook almonds, and onion in butter, stirring until onion is tender.
4 Remove almonds and onion with slotted spoon; keep warm.
5 Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
6 Coat fish with flour mixture.
7 Cook fish in same skillet over medium heat 6 to 10 minutes, turning once, until fish is brown and flakes easily with fork.
8 Top fish with almonds and onion.
9 Garnish with orange sections.
Additional Information
