Ingredients
4 cup Brussels Sprouts, fresh (about 3/4 pound)
16 oz Carrots, fresh, baby, medium
1 cup Marmalade, orange
0.5 tsp ground ginger
0.25 tsp salt


Directions
1 In a large pot, boil Brussels sprouts and carrots, covered, until tender yet crisp, about 10 minutes.
2 In a small bowl, mix the marmalade, ginger, and salt.
3 Drain vegetables and place in a serving bowl.
4 Pour marmalade glaze on top, mix well and serve right away.
Additional Information
If you have a steamer you can steam vegetables for 10 minutes. To make Brussels sprouts cook more evenly cut an x into the stem of each sprout.
