Ingredients
2 cup romaine lettuce (or any salad greens you like)
1 cup Tomatoes, red, cherry, fresh, year round average , chopped (or a mix of tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, green beans)
1 cup Pineapple, chunks, with juice, canned , drained (or fresh orange segments)
2 tbsp Cranberries, dried (or raisins)
2 tbsp chopped pecans (or any kind of nuts)

Dynamite Dressing
0.25 cup Yogurt, peach, nonfat (or other fruit flavour)
1 tbsp orange juice
1.5 tsp distilled white vinegar


Directions
1 Put mixed salad greens on a large platter or in a salad bowl.
2 In a small bowl, mix yogurt, orange juice and vinegar . Refrigerate until ready to serve.
3 In a large bowl, mix chopped vegetables and orange segments. Add dressing and stir. Spoon mixture over salad greens.
4 Top with raisins and nuts. Serve.
