Ingredients
4 piece slice rye bread , pumpernickel or swirl bread
4 tsp Margarine, 80% fat, tub
4 Lettuce, bibb, fresh, leaf, large
8 oz Turkey, breast, oven roasted, 56% less salt, fat free , cooked without salt, skin and all visible fat discarded
4 piece green bell pepper rings
0.5 Onion, red, fresh, small, whole , thinly sliced
1 fresh plum tomatoes , thinly sliced
4 tsp Cheese, blue, crumbled


Directions
1 Separate each slice of bread, and spread each slice with margarine.
2 Put each of the remaining ingredients in the order listed on each slice of bread.
3 Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cheese over each sandwich.
Additional Information
Add pickled cucumbers for an added taste.
