Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Prepare pie crust; do not bake.
3 Using electric beaters, combine sugar and margarine. Blend in egg and egg whites. .
4 Mix in flour, salt, and buttermilk until fully combined
5 Spoon filling into crust and bake for 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
6 Dust with nutmeg.

Top this pie with whipped topping and serve warm or chilled.
