Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2 In a large bowl stir together the oil, brown sugar, sugar, egg, egg white, and vanilla.
3 In a small bowl mix together the flour, cinnamon, and, baking soda.
4 Combine the flour and sugar mixtures.
5 Mix in the oatmeal and pecans well.
6 Use nonstick cooking spray on a baking sheet, and drop by rounded teaspoonfuls. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove and let cool on wax paper
