2 cup fat free milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon


5 g Bread, oatmeal , cubed
2 Banana, medium, fresh , halved lengthwise and sliced
0.5 cup Nuts, walnuts, English, dried, chopped , toasted


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degress F.
2 Whisk together in medium bowl, the milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice, and set aside.
3 In a 2-quart square baking dish toss together bread cubes, banana slices, and walnuts.
4 Pour egg mixture evenly over bread mixture. Toss until bread is moistened.
5 Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
Additional Information
To dry bread cubes: Spread 8 1/2 cups bread cubes (11 slices) in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a 300 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until bread cubes are dry, stirring twice, let cool.
