Directions
1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
2 In medium bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking powder, and salt and set aside.
3 In a large bowl, mix the margarine, brown sugar, sugar substitute, egg whites, and vanilla with an electric beater.
4 Stir in the dry ingredients until well blended. Add the chocolate chips.
5 Drop the dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets (makes approximately 3 dozen cookies). Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
