Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Stir together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon. Set aside.
3 In large mixer bowl, beat together margarine and sugar on medium speed until combined.
4 Add egg whites, applesauce and vanilla. Beat well.
5 Add flour mixture, mixing on low speed until thoroughly combined.
6 Stir in rolled oats and raisins.
7 Drop by slightly rounded measuring tablespoon onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
8 Bake about 13 minutes or until lightly browned.
9 Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove and cool on wire racks.
Additional Information
Makes 4 dozen 2-1/2 inch cookies. Store in airtight container.
