Directions
1 Sauté the onion for about 5 minutes in skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray.
2 Mix in the peas, sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, and black pepper.
3 Stir in the ham, noodles, and paprika, and then lower the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Additional Information
To thaw the peas quickly, place them in a colander and rinse under hot water for one minute.
