Servings
Ingredients
3 egg whites
2 tbsp packed light brown sugar
18 Cracker, graham, chocolate , crumbled (2 1/2 inch squares)
0.25 cup chopped walnuts , finely
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
1 pint lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt , softened slightly
1 cooking spray

Directions
1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray nonstick cooking spray into 9 inch pie plate.
2 In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer at medium high speed until soft peaks form, about 3 minutes.
3 With the mixer still on slowly add in the sugar and beat 2-3 minutes until stiff peaks form.
4 Gently mix in the graham cracker crumbs, nuts, and vanilla with a rubber scraper.
5 Pour contents into pie plate and bake about 25 minutes. Cooked pie is done when it is firm and a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in middle.
6 Place on a cooling rack and cool completely. Spread frozen yogurt over the pie and freeze at least 2 hours.
