Directions

1 Mix all of the ingredients together. Grease a cookie sheet well, or use parchment paper.
2 Use about 1 tablespoon of cookie dough for each cookie and roll into a walnut size ball; leave about an inch and a half between each cookie.
3 Don't press down on each cookie, they will melt and form a cookie shape as they cook. If you must have them look like the standard peanut butter cookie you can dip a fork into Zsweet and gently press the cross marks on the top of each cookie.
4 Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven for about 12 minutes.
Additional Information
Variations: add a little bit of cinnamon or nutmeg.
