Directions

1 Preheat 350 degrees F. Line an 8-inch square pan with aluminum foil and set aside.
2 Heat margarine and chocolate chips in a saucepan over medium heat until melted. Remove from heat.
3 Add sugar and beat until smooth. Mix in egg, coffee, and vanilla.
4 Add flour, sweet potato, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix to combine.
5 Fold in walnuts. Spread mixture in prepared pan.
6 Bake 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely on rack before cutting.
