Ingredients
10 oz Crackers, graham, chocolate (teddy bear shaped)
0.67 cup chopped dates
0.25 cup Milk, nonfat/skim, dry
3 tbsp coffee liqueur
2 tbsp fat free milk
0.33 cup chopped pecans , finely chopped


Directions
1 Position knife blade in food processor bowl and add cookies. Process until mixture is a fine powder.
2 With processor running, add dates and next 3 ingredients to processor bowl through food chute blending just until smooth.
3 Shape mixture into 3/4-inch balls and roll in pecans.
4 Cover and chill.
Additional Information
No food processor? No problem! Simply crush the little teddy bear cookies and knead the mixture together with your hands.
