Ingredients
1 lb potatoes, fresh, medium , quartered (red)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh chives , chopped
0.25 tsp salt
0.12 tsp black pepper


Directions
1 Place potatoes in a steamer basket over boiling water. Steam, covered, for seventeen minutes until potatoes are soft.
2 Transfer potatoes to a large serving bowl. Pour olive oil, chives, salt and pepper over the potatoes. Gently toss mixture together and serve hot.
