Ingredients
0.5 tsp lime peel zest
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 lb medium nectarines , pitted and thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 oz honey
0.12 tsp black pepper
4 oz prosciutto , 6 thin slices
8 oz Greens, watercress, fresh, sprig , tough stems discarded
1 oz pistachios , coarsely chopped


Directions
1 Place 1/4 teaspoon of lime zest, lime juice, nectarines, oil, honey, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes so flavors can blend.
2 Arrange the nectarine mixture on a large platter with the prosciutto and watercress.
3 Sprinkle with pistachios and remaining 1/4 teaspoon of lime peel and serve.
