6 oz Chips, tortilla, light, baked
15.5 oz Beans, pinto, unsalted, fat free, canned , rinsed, drained, coarsely mashed
1 cup Salsa, mild , divided
0.75 tsp chili powder
0.75 tsp ground oregano
2 medium garlic cloves , minced
1 pinch salt , to taste
0.5 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded (or Monterey Jack)
0.5 fresh avocado , peeled and chopped
2 fresh green onions , sliced
0.25 cup fat free sour cream
6 Olives, black, jumbo, pitted, canned , sliced (optional)


Directions
1 Using a jelly roll pan, spread tortilla chips in a single layer.
2 Mix beans, 1/4 cup salsa, chili powder, oregano and garlic. Season to taste with salt.
3 Spoon bean mixture over tortilla chips, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 5 to 10 minutes, or until beans are hot and cheese melted.
4 Sprinkle with tomato, avocado, onions, and olives. Garnish with dollops of sour cream and serve with remaining 3/4 cup salsa.
