Ingredients
0.25 cup fresh chives
0.25 cup fresh thyme
0.25 cup pesto sauce , made with sage
0.25 cup dijon mustard
0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
0.5 tsp grated lemon rind
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cooking spray
1 oz fresh sage , sprigs for garnish (optional)


Directions
1 Whisk together chives, thyme, pesto, mustard, lemon juice, oil, and lemon rind.
2 Lay chicken in a shallow dish and spoon 1/2 cup mixture overtop both sides of chicken. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill 1 to 4 hours.
3 Preheat grill.
4 Arrange chicken on a cooking spray coated grill rack. Grill 10 minutes or until chicken is fully cook, flipping a few times; brush the rest of the mixture over chicken frequently while grilling. Top with sage sprigs before serving.
Additional Information
This sauce mixture also tastes great on salmon.
