Directions
1 Place lavosh between 2 damp kitchen towels and set aside for 10-15 minutes, or until soft enough to roll.
2 Separate mushrooms into caps and stems.
3 Chop mushroom stems and slice the caps.
4 In small bowl, mix cream cheese, chopped mushroom stems, sour cream, garlic, and mustard.
5 Spread mixture onto lavosh.
6 In small bowl, mix sliced mushrooms, onion, red bell pepper, and salad dressing.
7 Spread on top of cream cheese mixture.
8 Roll lavosh tightly and wrap with plastic wrap.
9 Refrigerate at least 4 hours or as long as two days.
10 Cut into 1" slices and serve.
Additional Information
Lavosh is an unleavened flatbread, usually found in the deli or ethnic section of a supermarket.
