1 In a medium saucepan, combine the apple cider with the grenadine, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, lemon and orange zest. 2 Heat the cider until small bubbles appear around the edges of the liquid. Reduce the heat, keeping the cider warm enough so that steam rises from the surface. Hold it at this point for 20 minutes. 3 Remove the spices and zest from the pan. Pour the cider into clear punch cups or mugs and serve.
