Ingredients
16 oz tuna fillets , 1-inch, rinse and pat dry (4 4-oz steaks)
0.5 fresh basil leaves , rinse and dry
1 fresh tomatoes , chopped
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste )
4 tbsp part skim shredded mozzarella
1 medium lemons , cut into wedges


Directions
1 Preheat the broiler.
2 Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet until it begins to smoke. Decrease the heat and cook the fillets for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes then turn over and cook for about 1 1/2 to 3 minutes longer.
3 Transfer the fillets onto a plate and put basil leaves and tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and mozzarella.
4 Broil the fish until the cheese has melted. Top with the lemon wedges.
