1 yellow onion , sliced
8 oz fresh mushroom slices
1 lb extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
2 medium garlic cloves , chopped
0.25 cup red wine
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
0.5 tsp ground ginger
0.5 tsp black pepper
0.25 tsp salt
1.5 oz seedless raisins (optional)
6 Tortilla, flour , 98 per cent fat free


Directions
1 Cook the onions and mushrooms in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until the onions are nearly transparent, stirring frequently and keeping the skillet covered.
2 Add the meat, garlic, wine, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, ginger, pepper, salt, and raisins (optional). Crumble the ground beef as you brown.
3 Heat the tortillas according to the package instructions.
4 Divide the beef mixture into 6 equal-sized portions. Wrap in tortilla shells and serve.
Additional Information
Cover the skillet in between stirring to retain moisture when you cook the onions and mushrooms.
