Ingredients
2 large russet potatoes , peeled, cooked, and cooled
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 eggs , lightly beaten
1 lb Fish, salmon, Atlantic, fillet, baked/broiled, wild
3 tbsp bread crumbs
1 pinch salt and pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp olive oil


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
2 Mash the potatoes with the tomato paste, worcestershire sauce, and egg. Mix in the salmon with 3 tablespoons bread crumbs with the salt and pepper.
3 Using your hands, take about 1/2 cup of the mixture and shape into a flat patty. Using the cookie cutters, cut out the moon and star shapes. Coat with the bread crumbs and brush with a bit of olive oil.
4 Place the shapes on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until slightly golden.
Additional Information
Double the recipe and freeze for another meal.
