Servings
Ingredients
1 cup All-Bran cereal (Bran Buds, or 100% Bran)
0.25 cup fresh chopped onion
3 egg whites
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
0.5 tsp salt
0.06 tsp black pepper
1.25 lb extra lean ground beef (5% fat)


Directions
1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2 Mix together all ingredients except the beef, at low speed in a mixing bowl.
3 Add the beef and blend at low speed.
4 Shape into a loaf and place in a pan sprayed with cooking spray.
5 Bake for about 1 1/4 hours.
6 Pour off any fat drippings, let stand for 10 minutes, and cut into 8 slices.
