Ingredients
2 cup Wheat, bulgur, cooked , drained
1 tbsp minced onion
2 eggs , beaten
1 cup bread crumbs , whole wheat, if available
1 pinch ground oregano , to taste
1 pinch black pepper , to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup Juice, tomato, canned, org (plus extra if needed)


Directions
1 In a medium bowl, mix together bulgur, onion, eggs and bread crumbs. Season with oregano and pepper. Form mixture into walnut-sized balls.
2 Lightly coat a large frying pan with oil and place over medium-high heat. Add balls and cook until brown on all sides. Add tomato juice, cover pan, and simmer for 5 minutes (if pan is dry, add extra juice). Serve in a shallow serving dish with cocktail forks or toothpicks.
