Ingredients
2.1 oz fat & sugar free instant chocolate pudding (1 package)
3 cup fat free milk
12 oz Cake, pound, fat free , 1 loaf (chocolate)
0.5 cup brewed coffee , strong
1 cup frozen low fat whipped topping , thawed
9 oz Cookies, sandwich, chocolate, sugar free , chopped (i.e. Fifty-50)


Directions
1 Prepare the chocolate pudding mix with the 3 cups of fat free milk and a wire whisk as directed on the package.
2 Cut the pound cake into cubes.
3 Place 1/2 of the cubed pound cake in a 3-quart trifle bowl (or glass bowl).
4 Pour 1/4 cup of the coffee over the cake.
5 Next place 1/2 of the pudding into the bowl, then 1/2 the whipped topping, and 1/2 of the cookies.
6 Repeat the layer again starting with the cubed pound cake.
7 Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Additional Information
You can be very creative with this recipe. Change the flavor of coffee, use yellow or chocolate pound cake, use vanilla pudding, anything you like.
