Ingredients
2 fresh green onions , chopped
0.5 medium garlic cloves , minced
1.5 oz reduced fat margarine (80%) , melted
2 cup cooked white rice , prepared without salt or fat, hot
2 cup fat free milk
2 cup Cheese, American, pasteurized, processed, low fat, shredded
1 cup chopped parsley
1 eggs , beaten
0.5 tsp salt
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Sauté the garlic and onions in the margarine until tender. Then combine the sautéed mixture, rice, and next 5 ingredients; stir well.
2 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and then spoon the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish treated with nonstick spray. Bake for 45 minutes.

This rice makes a great side to almost any meal.
