Ingredients
0.5 tsp sugar
1 pinch ground cinnamon
5 cup salad greens
1 g large pears , thinly sliced
4 oz Cheese, colby monterey jack , cut into very small squares
0.25 cup dried cranberries
0.33 floz Salad Dressing, Italian
1 cooking spray
0.33 cup chopped pecans


Directions
1 Mix cinnamon and sugar together (or use pre-made blend of cinnamon sugar).
2 In small bowl, add pecans, coat with cooking spray.
3 Sprinkle sprayed pecans with cinnamon sugar and toss to coat well.
4 In a glass pie plate, arrange coated pecans in single layer.
5 Microwave on high 1 - 1 1/2 minutes until toasted, stirring every 30 seconds. Set aside.
6 In large serving bowl, toss greens, pears, cheese, and cranberries.
7 Immediately before serving, add pecans and dressing. Toss lightly.
