Smoothie made from plain yogurt, frozen mixed berries, and orange juice for a tasty pick me up.

Ingredients
16 floz plain nonfat yogurt
12 oz Fruit, mixed, harvest berries, frozen (or any mixed berries)
1 Sweetener, granular, packet
0.25 tsp vanilla extract
4 oz ice cubes
0.5 cup orange juice
0.25 cup fresh sliced strawberries (mint sprigs for garnish)


Directions
1 In a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade, place the yogurt, frozen berries, sugar substitute, and vanilla. Process until the mixture becomes smooth.
2 Add the ice cubes and juice. Process again until all the ice cubes have been incorporated.
3 Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with slices of strawberry.
