Ingredients
0.5 cup Yogurt, vanilla, low fat
2 oz fresh mint , chopped
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
1 pinch hot pepper sauce
3 medium cucumber , peeled and sliced thin
1 red onion , sliced and separated into rings


Directions
1 In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, mint, vinegar, sugar substitute, and hot sauce; mix well.
2 Put the cucumbers and onion in a shallow dish and spoon yogurt mixture on top; mix well.
3 Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and serve.
Additional Information
A great dressing for wraps is to leave out the cucumbers and just use the yogurt dressing.
