1 cooking spray
8 oz sugar snap peas , trimmed
2 fresh green onions , chopped
1 large garlic cloves , minced
0.5 oz fresh mint , 2 tbsp
0.12 tsp salt , to taste (optional)
0.25 tsp black pepper
1 oz fresh mint (garnish, optional)


Directions
1 Lightly coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
2 Add peas, green onions, and garlic; cook 3 minutes or until peas are slightly tender, stirring often.
3 Remove from heat; stir in mint, salt, and pepper.
4 Garnish with mint sprigs (optional) and serve.
Additional Information
Frozen Sugar Snap peas can be used in place of fresh. Thaw them overnight in the refrigerator or defrost in the microwave.
