Ingredients
3 fresh plum tomatoes , finely chopped (about 1 cup)
4 large whole wheat pitas (or oat-bran pita bread)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
0.33 cup Cheese, gorgonzola, crumbles
0.25 cup chopped scallions
0.75 tsp italian seasoning


Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2 Place pita bread on baking sheet.
3 Spread one quarter of tomatoes over each piece of bread, stopping 1/4 inch before the edges.
4 Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over tomatoes, followed by gorgonzola cheese, scallions, and Italian seasoning.
5 Bake 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and pizzas begin to brown.
6 Transfer to cutting board, cut each pizza into 6 wedges. Serve hot.
