Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef (5% fat)
3 tbsp steak sauce
2 tbsp fresh chopped onion
0.5 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 piece American cheese, reduced fat, slice , sliced diagonally in half
4 Buns, hamburger , toasted
4 piece fresh romaine leaves
1 small tomato , cut into 4 slices
1 cooking spray


Directions
1 Mix the ground beef, steak sauce, onion, garlic, and parsley in a bowl and form 4 small patties.
2 Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Cook the patties for 4 minutes then turn over and cook the other side for 3 minutes.
3 Take off of the heat, place the cheese on top of the patties, cover, and let sit for 1 minute.
4 Place the patties on the buns and top with lettuce and tomato.
