Ingredients
8 Bacon, cured, lower sodium
0.5 cup fat free sour cream
0.5 tsp fresh lime juice
0.12 tsp hot pepper sauce
0.25 tsp salt
0.25 tsp black pepper
4 Tortilla, flour, ready to bake, 6"
4 piece fresh romaine leaves , rinsed and patted dry
1 large tomato , sliced into 8 pieces
0.5 medium avocadoes , peeled and diced
1 medium limes , cut into quarters


Directions
1 Set paper towels on a microwave safe plate and place 4 slices bacon on top. Cover with another paper towel and cook in the microvave on a high setting for 3 minutes. Repeat until all of the bacon slices have been cooked.
2 Mix the sour cream, lime juice, hot sauce, and salt in a bowl.
3 Put the tortillas on a flat surface and place 2 bacon slices, 2 tomato slices, 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, and 1/4 of the avocado on each tortilla. Roll the tortillas, cut in half, and serve with the lime.
Additional Information
Serve with a pickle or grapes.
