Servings
Ingredients
1 tbsp canola oil
1.5 lb Beef, top sirloin steak, raw , cut into 3 inch strips, trimmed of all fat
3 medium garlic cloves , minced
1 medium onions , minced
1 small red bell peppers , cut into thin strips
2 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp ground cumin


Directions
1 Pour oil in a wok and heat over medium-high heat. Stir in beef and stir-fry until it is no longer pink. Pour out any liquid and fat. Take the beef out of the wok and reserve.
2 In the same wok, cook the garlic and onions for 5 minutes. Mix in the peppers and cook 5 more minutes.
3 Sprinkle chili powder over mixture and pour lime juice on. Move the beef back into the wok and sprinkle the cumin over. Cook 1 more minute.


Additional Information
Serve this over rice. Add more vegetables to bulk it up.
