Ingredients
4 English Muffin, whole wheat , cut in half
2 tbsp light mayonnaise
3 oz Cheese, Swiss, reduced fat, thin slice , torn into small pieces
4 oz smoked turkey slices , finely chopped


Directions
1 Preheat the broiler.
2 Arrange the muffin halves on a baking sheet and place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove from the broiler and spread 3/4 tablespoons mayonnaise over each muffin.
3 Arrange cheese pieces evenly on each muffin half and top with turkey.
4 Return to the broiler and cook for 3 minutes or until turkey is just beginning to turn golden and cheese has melted.
