1 Using a food processor or blender, puree cantaloupe, orange juice, lemon juice, and honey until there are no lumps. Whisk in half-and-half. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 3 to 4 hours. 2 When ready to serve, spoon soup into bowls and top with lemon slices and mint.

Be sure to use a ripe melon because it will taste better and give off a delicious fragrance.
