Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. spray a 10-11 inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
2 Boil a pot of water and cook pasta according to directions on package, drain and place in a large bowl. Add in the egg, milk, and Parmesan cheese, mix well and pour into springform pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
3 In the meantime, spray a pot with nonstick cooking spray, add oil, and cook garlic, onions, celery, and carrots until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in beef and sausage, cook until no longer pink, about 4 more minutes. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and seasoning. Lower heat, cover, and simmer stirring often, until thickened, about 15 minutes.
4 Pour meat mixture over macaroni in springform, top evenly with both cheeses, and bake until cheese melts, about 10 minutes. Remove to a cooling rack for 10 minutes before serving.
