1 Preheat the oven to 350 F. 2 In a small skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion and bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes or until tender. 3 Using a large bowl, combine the beef, turkey, salsa, egg, salt, black pepper, and garlic. Stir in the vegetables and rice. Place the mixture in a round baking dish and pat into an oblong loaf. 4 Bake for 45 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
