Ingredients
4 tsp margarine
20 marshmallows
2 cup corn flakes cereal
12 dried apricots , chopped
0.5 cup sunflower seeds , unsalted
0.25 cup sliced almonds , unblanched almonds
4 oz pitted dried prunes , chopped
2 tbsp sesame seeds
0.25 tsp vanilla extract


Directions
1 Spray nonstick cooking spray in a 10x 6 inch baking pan.
2 Melt the margarine over low flame in a large nonstick pot.
3 Add in the marshmallows, stirring constantly, until they are completely melted, about 5 minutes.
4 Remove from heat; add in cornflakes, apricots, sunflower seeds, almonds, dates. sesame seeds, and vanilla.
5 Wet your hands and press the mixture evenly into the baking pan.
6 Cover and refrigerate until firm, minimum of 30 minutes.
