1 In baking dish, place steak. Rub with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. 2 In small bowl, mix wine, parsley and oregano. 3 Pour marinade over beef. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours, turning often. 4 In large skillet, heat oil over high. Add mushrooms and sauté over high, 3 minutes, stirring frequently. 5 Remove steak from marinade. 6 Place steak in skillet and sauté for 4 to 7 minutes on each side until cooked to desired doneness.
