Ingredients
1 lb fresh mushrooms , small, whole
1 cup Salad Dressing, vinaigrette, balsamic, low fat
0.25 cup fresh chives , chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme , minced
1 medium garlic cloves , minced
0.5 tsp black pepper


Directions
1 Combine all ingredients in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag. Seal bag and shake well.
2 Marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.
3 Serve with a slotted spoon.
Additional Information
To reduce the marinating time to 2 hours, cut each mushroom in half lengthwise.
