1 Combine mushrooms and tomatoes in a large shallow platter. Whisk together salad dressing, parsley, garlic powder, salt , and basil. Pour over mushrooms and tomatoes. Wrap with plastic wrap and chill for at least 8 hours. Mix mushrooms and tomatoes once. 2 Cover a serving platter with spinach. Spoon mushroom mixture onto spinach and top with bacon if using.
Additional Information
This can be made up to 2 days in advance, the longer the mushrooms have to marinate, the more flavorful they will be.
