1 Rub lamb with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes before ready to serve.
2 Spray rack in broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat broiler.
3 Place lamb on broiler rack 4-inches from heat and turn once every 3-5 minutes each side until done.
4 Slice lamb thinly across the grain and serve.
