6 medium garlic cloves , mashed
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 small onions , cut in half and very thinly sliced
0.5 cup orange juice
1 tsp grated orange peel
0.33 cup chopped parsley
3 tbsp olive oil

Directions
1 Trim any visible fat from chicken; remove and discard skin. Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
2 Place chicken pieces in baking pan, sprinkle with garlic, and toss to coat.
3 Season chicken with salt, pepper, and a generous sprinkling of paprika.
4 Top with onions.
5 Drizzle orange juice over chicken and sprinkle on zest. Sprinkle on parsley and toss again. Drizzle with olive oil and again toss to coat chicken.
