, washed and torn into bite-size pieces

Directions
1 Using a small bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, salt pepper, mustard, thyme, basil, parsley, onion, and lime juice until well combined.
2 Add the crabmeat, tossing gently. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
3 Before serving, gently toss the crabmeat and marinade with the lettuce, and serve immediately.
Additional Information
If you like, you can make the marinated mixture ahead, and toss with the lettuce just before serving.
