1 Use a large bowl, and combine the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, pepper, basil,and sugar.
2 Add the crab fingers. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight, and lay them on leaf lettuce to serve.
Additional Information
Crab fingers are claws with just the pincer part still attached, which is used as a handle. You may have to go to a seafood market to find them.
