25 large garlic cloves , peeled
2 tsp olive oil
1.75 cup low sodium vegetable broth
0.25 cup white wine (or vegetable broth)
2 tbsp white all purpose flour
2 tbsp chopped parsley , finely
0.12 tsp salt
2 pinch white pepper


Directions
1 Sauté garlic in oil, with lid on, over medium to medium-low heat, 10 minutes. Cook over medium-low heat 10 more minutes. Smash cloves with a fork.
2 Pour in 1 1/2 cups broth and wine and bring to a boil. Whisk together flour and 1/4 cup broth and mix into boiling mixture.
3 Bring to a boil, mixing continually, until 1 thick, 1 minute. Mix in parsley, salt, and pepper.
Additional Information
This sauce is great over fettuccine or rotini.
