Directions
1 Preheat the broiler; place the fruit in the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan.
2 Stir the sour cream and dollop over the fruit; using a spatula or the back of a spoon, spread the sour cream evenly.
3 Sprinkle with pine nuts and brown sugar.
4 Broil 4 to 6 inches from the heat for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the sugar melts and the pine nuts toast. Serve immediately.
Additional Information
Use frozen unsweetened fruit that's been thawed, fruit in a jar, or fruit canned in natural juice if fresh fruit is out of season. Also works well with papaya or peaches.
